5 - 6 Calls with support team in Europe. They tokd me that europe team is "only" responsible for logistics... Approval for refund has than to be done by US Team.... payment transaction should than done by Asia Team.

Based on the status of the RMA, the refund has been processed on our end.
This should take 7-14 days to reflect on your account depending on your bank.
