My Go Pro Session has been stolen. To complicate it even more, I'm not sure when. I used the camera on a family holiday March 16th-23rd 2019. The camera was packed in its case and brought home. Tenerife to Birmingham. I have not opended the case until yeasterday (3 weeks later approx) and when I did, I found it to be empty. Camera, mount and 2 memory cards gone!!
The saddest part for us is the memory cards contained footage of our young daughter growing up and swimming on holiday (shes 4 years old at the moment) and hours of skiing holday footage. The cards are obviously irriplaceable and we are heartbroken.
Is there anything we can do? I have the origanl box with serial number and I've read there maybe a way of tracking it that way. I know its a long shot but if we can find the camera, there may be a way of getting back the treasured footage.........any help or advice would be greatly received.

Sorry to hear?
How bout contacting not just gopro see what they say to? Like the plane, resort etc....
GoPro will offer options, great to hear, Since the Hero session has been discontinued I wonder what those options are. We all here on the Forum love to hear? I feel it is the responsability of the Owner to take care of their valuables and I am sure GoPro should be writingthis in the warranty that stolen property ids not covered? So my question is WHy do we think GoPro can track down your product, replace your product, when stolen @fireypike16277 ?
