Hi, I am still waiting for a refund for a faulty GoPro Hero 8 i sent back on 15th November, you issued the refund on 21st November and 15 working days have now passed and i am yet to recieve this refund.
I keep contacting your customer service team and they keep saying the same thing, we will get back to you but I have not received an update for my refund. I just want to know when I will receive the refund, if there is a delay that's fine please let me know. If i don't receive any update from you by 21st December i will be taking legal action.

Sorry for the long wait, @iamituk. We see that a new refund request has been submitted and confirmed. It would be best to continue working with Support regarding this matter. They would have access to the details of the refund request and would be able to update you accordingly. Best regards!
