Still unable to locate order - Status Link Not working - Nor private messaging inbox

I do not see an update at "check order status" URL link for #NA03217346. I also am unable to locate private messaging. This is frustrating. I replied to your email - please provide update. Thank you. 

 

Trying to send, lables giving kick back. Why unable to send. C'mon. Really. Gotta say, possibly worst website in a long time for navigation, accuracy, and being trapped. Not user friendly.

Based on the UPS website the order has been delivered today 05/10/2021.

If you haven't received it yet, please check within the household if someone else might have received it for you.

 

To access your Hub Inbox, log in via https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/tkb-p/kb-en

Once signed in, click on your Hub ID on the upper right-hand side.

Then, look for the envelope icon to access the messages.
