Still no solution after months

After going back and forth with customer service and the tech department for months i just want to let all users made aware that there is still no viable solution to the crashing and overall poor quality of the Quik app for the desktop. I have been emailing computer diagnostics since february only to hear that my drivers must be out of date, or maybe there isnt enough memory, or this or that. i can tell you that the computer is MORE than capable of handling the Quik program as i am now running MULTIPLE editing programs that require substantially more performance than Quik.

Its beyond irritating though that we spend a good chunk of money for a quality camera and a supposed streamlined editing experience only to be let down. Besides the program glitching out, im now running into issues with battery life, as it seems it cannot hold a charge for more than 3 hours sitting idle (not recording anything).

I have reached out to GoPro several times in an attempt to find some kind of solution to no avail. Hopefully i can learn these new programs quickly. Quik was such a great program im dissapointed that GoPro has given up on it so quickly...pun intended i guess.

They were not completed because they didnt work. I updated drivers as suggested, I downloaded older versions of the Quik program as suggested. Nothing has worked. I've tried everything that was suggested and nothing has worked. So, any new suggestions?
