Is this happening to a certain resolution/ fps settings?
If you haven't already, try turning the stabilization off then do a test recording.
See if it make's a difference.
Also with the sample files you have shared, were you using the same SD card?

I have already tried to do test recordings with different resolutions and fps settings, with and without stabilization, doesn’t make any difference.
I have also tried with a different sd card (the same sort that you recommend) to eliminate the problem, but no differens.

In most cases, issues like this are usually corrected by a manual firmware update.
Since it has been done and it's still the same, we recommend contacting our Support Team to move forward with this concern.
You may reach them by phone or chat.
Please let them know of the troubleshooting steps taken.
They may also ask you for the serial number of your camera.
