Sometimes it's freezes

Hi, I bought this new brand GoPro hero 2018 the last month I pick it because it's cheaper than the other and makes the same function. The problem is when I was using my camera the firsts days I had some issues with the screen IT'S WAS FROZEN it didn't work till I take out the battery several times... Also the voice sensor doesn't work to distance (with the selfie stick), I bought the remote control and I realized that it's doesn't work with this version... I'd like to exchange my actual camera for a GoPro hero 5, I'll pay the difference. I'm still in the 30 days of warranty. Thanks

Did you purchase from GoPro directly? If you did, you'll need to contact the GoPro Support Team to arrange for your return and purchase of the Hero5.

If you did not purchase your camera from the GoPro website, you'll need to arrange for the return with the seller.
