Something wrong with update

Hi! I was trying to update my hero4.
It came up on the phone that it needed an update so I put the wireless on and pressed update. The camera then went black and to red lights started to blink on and off. After awile my phone said that the wireless had been turned on and that I have to turn it on to proceed. The problem is just that the camera is not answering! It has been black for ower 1hour and it's not responding to anything.. can I please get some help? I have tried to remove the battery but it didn't help..

What specific HERO4 camera are you working on?

What SD card are you using?

Have you tried charging the camera?

 

I suggest doing a manual software update.

Please select your camera's model then follow the instructions.
