Some time lapses are not uploading to cloud

Has anyone noticed a problem with uploading time lapses through auto upload?

 

I have noticed that if the time lapse is longer than about 7 minutes it will not show up in the cloud. I know my auto upload is working because the smaller time lapses appear fine. I'm also shooting 4k 0.5s Wide.

 

What is even weirder is that I shot 4 time lapses yesterday and while the auto upload was running, the camera said that 4 items were being uploaded. Once it was complete, only the 2 time lapses that are less than 7 minutes appeared in the cloud.

Hello @musinex. Thank you for the feedback. Which camera are you using? Will you be able to check if those time lapse videos that are over 7 minutes have chaptered files? Did you get any error message at the end of the upload process to indicate that the upload was not successful? Also if you will be able to upload the files to the cloud via manual upload or Quik for desktop. See How to Add Media to GoPro Plus. We hope to hear back from you.

@musinex - You can check directly by inserting your SD card to your computer using an SD card adapter and checking on the contents of the DCIIM > 100GoPro folder. If you have a single time lapse video, for example, and you see more than one file/segment, such a video has been chaptered. Please see links below for more details:
