I noticed very strange output of replaced GoPro 5. Two photos of total 100 taken last weekend have poor quality and size 500kB (1st) and 900kB (second). Normally, photos have 4-7 MB.
The pictures look overcompressed even if viewed unzoomed on display, sky is posterized, has purple cast in some areas and fine textures are blocky. When zoomed 1:1, there are acute JPEG blocks present across the photo.
1st photo has name G0060343.jpg, so it means it a photo from unintened continous shooting series (3fps till shutter pressed down). Actually, it was the first and last photo of the series G006. Has 900kB.
2nd photo = G0080350.jpg ,again accidentally took as 1st photo of the series of continous shooting, intended as stantard single photo GOPR0350.jpg . But, this series has 2 photos, second photo G0080351.jpg is OK,has 6MB and is full-detailed with no quality degradation. Very strange. EXIF data are same, ISO 123, 1/120.
How could this happen? How to avoid it? This problem is difficult to reproduce, because it happened in 2 of 100 photos. (and + 50 videos totally) May it be memory-card related? I have Samsung Pro 64GB UHS-1 70/80 MB/s, formatted as FAT32 (do not know if in-camera formatted).
I tested second card again FAT32, took 2 bursts 30/1 and 1 continous batches and all photos have 2MB (but not 6MB.... as single photos),, no problem. But second my question is why continous and burst photo have only 2MB, but regular single photos have 4-7 MB. Protune settings are set same.
PS: All photos are 4000x3000. All photos I shoot I do on Wide FOV, other FOVs are meaningless.

Now i realized that G0080351 (second of continous) has 6MB. It is strange beacause all other continous photos (in photo mode took 3fps till shutter pressed down) and burst have 4-7MB. I think it may be bug related to shutter button press duration. (As i wrote above, the photos were taken as continous, but I intented to take single shot, but I might accidentaly have pressed the button for a short while (so that the first series has 1 only photo and second only two photos)...

Wow, this card has poor performance in this camera, altough has comparable specs to seconde (+60 MBps, UHS-1) .
Burst is being saved in 40 secs, in other card in 4 secs. Now, it saves continous photos for 2 minuteminute and still saving. Second card saves continou immediatly after stop.
May this slow operations be caused by bad formatting?
Sometimes when taking video, it randomly stops recording, but still shows increasing footage counter. and Saving -takes minutes...
Why this card is so slow in this camera and makes these problems? It is Samsung Pro UHS-1 (80/70 MBps), second card is Transcend 633 (about 80 MB/s), both 64GB FAT32.
