Sold Blue LED / Camera says No SD hero4 black

When I turn the gopro on it says NO SD. The blue led light also remains solid. When I go to the wifi setup it says Wifi waiting to connect.

Tried: I tried to reformate SD and even the gopro. Seams like I only have a few options in settings and I cant find the wifi area in the setings menu.
Scan Disk 64g extreme pro is used and works on my gopro session and gopro hero5 without any issues.
I read somewhere that I need to upgrade them before they can work? Idk still cant seam to make them work.

Please someone help!!

@tsiket - The solid blue light is unusual. I would recommend updating the camera's firmware to be safe. Instructions are at the bottom of the page at https://gopro.com/update/hero4.

 

I think there could still be an issue with the SD card. The Extreme Pro isn't on our list of compatible cards, and even if it works with other cameras, can still have issues with this camera. If you have another card that on the list at https://gopro.com/help/articles/Block/microSD-Card-Considerations that you can try, that would be good.
