I bought a Hero 7 Black, didn't really enjoy using it that much, so I returned it, they gave me the RMA etc etc, and on the 22nd of March they "processed" the refund, I was given 7-10 days estimate time to have the money in my bank account, all this time passes and I still don't have anything, I've gone through support, all they say is that it is not up to them anymore since it was processed on the 22nd, one of them even told me I should already have the money.
I don't think they understand that I can't just have 430€ laying there, I don't get why it takes them 5 seconds to take the money but 20+ days to refund it?

Based on the records, the refund has been processed on our end.
If you haven't received it yet, please note that it may take 7-14 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to reflect back into your account.
