SLOW-MOTION ISSUE: The 120fps at 1080p slow motion video I shot on my Gopro Hero 7 Black is playing only at regular speed (not in slow motion) when exported to PC and played in any media player. Should I edit the footage in a video editor to slow it down or am I doing something wrong? Here is my doubt, shouldn't the 120fps footage be playing at 120fps speed after exported to my PC and played in the media player? I also use a Panasonic Lumix FZ200 and its 120fps slowmotion at 720P plays at slow motion (120fps) when exported to PC and played in any media player (without any editing). What am I missing here? Sorry, this is my first time using a Gopro camera with slow motion.
METADATA MISSING: Some of the footage I shot 2.7K at 60 fps has its metadata/exif information missing after I exported it to the desktop. The attributes like Frame width, Frame Height and Frame rate are missing from the Right click>Properties>Details. Is there a way I can retrieve that information. I had my GPS turned off while I shot the vidoes. Is the metadata missing because of that?
Thanks in advance !!!

The slow-motion feature for the footage captured by the new HERO7 Black camera is only for playback. Post-processing or editing the video will create the preferred slow motion effects.
The GPS has no effect on the metadata. Please check if it is only at 2.K at 60fps that the information is missing. If you have not done so yet, try manually updating your camera, take sample pictures in the same resolution and see if the information will be available then. It is very important that you use a recommended SD card for your camera to make sure that all information are written and saved on it. Below are helpful links:

I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

The manual update via the Gopro website wasn't working either. I have managed to update manually via the attachment file sent to me by Gopro Tech support. The camera updated to 1.51. The metadata is missing for 2.7K files shot at 60fps and 120fps. I couldn't retain the metadata for the old files (combination of 2.7k + 1080p at 60 and 120fps) that were imported with this camera. Attached is the screenshot of file details (missing metadata).
The memory card I use is a 64GB Sandisk Extreme V30 recommended for this camera. I had no issue with any of the footage. It is the metadata I am still having the issue.
This is frustrating. I was issued a case number and have been trying to get some help from the tech support. Can you fix this issue or not?

Thank you for your patience regarding this. I am sorry t o hear about the issue.
To check on the missing information regarding the file, it will be best to follow up with your case by contacting our Support Team by phone or chat. https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs
It will also be best if you are able to share a raw sample file of the said video.
