Shutter button won’t select APP

Hi I really could use some help here! I have the GoPro Session and recently it stopped allowing me to turn on the WiFi to pair with my phone. I’ve done everything I’ve found online to do; made sure it’s updated, reset WiFi, reset camera and still it won’t work. It seems like the shutter button won’t allow me to select APP when trying to pair again. It selects everything else on the menu except APP....does anyone know why? Or what else I can do? Thank you!

Hey @saralillian,

 

Are you still having issues if you take that SD Card out? What SD Card are you using?

Hi Ryan,

Yes I actually recently replaced my SD card. But it was acting the same way before that. I now have a Sandisk Pixtor 64 GB and before I had a smaller SanDisk when it used to work but then started having the issues.
