I ordered my GoPro Hero 9 about 4 days ago with the 2-3 day shipping option. I still have not recieved it and I was just wondering on the status of my order. Whenever I try to track my order I am told that tracking is unavailable. Just a little worried about where it is and excited to recieve my GoPro!

Hello, @edwinu060. We used the email address associated with your Hub profile and we were able to pull up two orders. We have sent the tracking number info for the camera order to your Hub inbox. 


The more recent order (April 4th) is still being fulfilled by the warehouse. It should ship out soon. Once it does, you will be sent a notification then you can check the delivery status through . Should you get an error message, try the link again using an incognito browser. Thanks!
