Shipping Information!

Why is the customer support non existent? I am regretting ordering now after reading what is going on! I am expecting 2-3 days to receive my order as the website stated, and the only reason I ordered it. I will be lodging the claim as fraud if what I am reading online becomes true. What is the shipping time? And where is the stock coming from?

Hello, @adroitcave7782. Your order is still being fulfilled by the warehouse. It should ship out soon. Once it does, you will be sent a notification then you can check the delivery status through https://gopro.com/en/us/order-status . Should you get an error message, try the link again using an incognito browser. Thanks!

If it is not going to be received within the specified time then cancel the order thanks and refund the money. The specified time upon ordering was 2-3 business days.

Should you encounter any issue scheduling a callback or a live chat, please ensure that you are not blocking cookies and have your pop-up blocker disabled.

This has been done, exactly what has been requested. No response. Its really frustrating and approcahing on fraudulent actions. Disappointing.
