Setting for recording indoor sports

Have a recently bought a hero 6 black for recording indoor sports. Recording in 4K or 1080 with 60pfs the picture get blurry/grainy.

Whats the best settings for indoor video shooting when the camera is placed/mounted?

ISO?

hi,

as you will shoot sports, 60fps is required.

in low light camera will push the ISO.

therefore blur=grain noise

make some test, see which suits you.

1. use PT ProTune and limit the ISOmax to 400-800

2. use EV comp to -0.5 or -1 (darker image but ISO will be reduced)

3. use autoexposure (instead of on entire image) to set the zone in the image where do you want the camera to measure the exposure. in this way camera will not try to compensate dark zones that are not interesting

test, test, test

and maybe this helps too:

just me,
