Hello, bought a hero session 5 in November 17, just arrived on our dream holiday in the Bahamas and it won't charge or turn on, I have checked the SIM and it is a SanDisk Extreme/Extreme Plus/Extreme Pro UHS Video Speed Class 30 (V30) - ≥32GB, which is listed on your site.
The charging socket seems to move around slighty, the unit gets hot but no lights come on and there is no charge, I am gutted, is there any way at all that you could respond to this quickly.
I would be happy to upgrade to a newer version, as long as it is waterproof, but as this is within the 1 year warranty I hope there is something that can be done, and soon
