Hi, i'm trying to reset the wifi code on my hero3+ black and to do this i've had to re register the device with gopro which has meant I needed to logon with my email address. When I logged on there was no device associated with the account associated with my email address. When I try to add the device to my account the serial number is showing as already registered? Not sure how to get around this... I just want to use the app and need a wifi password to do this...

I did this and the on screen instructions say I need to have a micro SD card reader or USB microSD card reader to drag the update files into... I don't have this...
I tried to connect the camera to my computer with USB and it would not let me drag the update files across to the go pro 'NO NAME' device.
Any ideas how I can update my wifi password and why the computer wont allow me to drag the update files across???

Your SD card adapter has a physical lock.
Please make sure that it is on unlocked position.
Check the left part or right side of your card you should see there a switch like lever.
Let us know if that will work.

Seems like SD card adapter is the only way to make it work.
It would be best if you'll get a new recommended card instead.

Ok so I got an SD card reader/writer and I followed the on screen instructions and added the update files, I reinserted the micro SD card in the Go Pro but it didnt update when I turned it back on.... nothing happened - it just switches on as normal...
