Se va el Sonido [ New ]

Buenas noches, después de grabar el vídeo y estar en edición el sonido de lo que grabé desaparece y vuelve aparecer más adelante ¿Qué puede ser?

Thanks for reaching out. In order to get a better understanding on the situation, I have a few things to check with you:

• How are you playing the video back (i.e. mobile device, computer, in-camera)?
• Are you able to play back the video without issues directly in the camera?
• Does the issue happens to all videos? Or specific videos only?
• When did this issue started from happening?
