Sd error go pro 5 black [ New ]

Hey eveyone
I really need your help
I bought a Go Pro 5 Black and 32g extrem sd card
A few days after using the Go pro i had sd card error and then after keep trying my camera not responding.
I am trying to charge and pull of the batery and sd card but the camera just not responding
Moreover, even if i took my friend's batery which ia working and put on my camera it still dosen't work.
