The screen split and camera hang frequently everyday

it really bothe me ,can you fix it?

@紅色十月, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having issues with the camera.

 

What's the microSD card used? Using SD cards that aren't recommended can cause such issues as the card isn't fast enough to write the content. In some cases, the camera will get hot or battery consumption is higher than normal as the camera stays in an active mode trying to sync to the card. You can get the full list of microSD cards that are known to work well with GoPro cameras here

If a recommended SD card is already used, reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229

2.battery lose very often, it have to pull  battery out and in

and not working everytime, must try serveral time

Card is Sandisk extreme v30 128g A2
And firmware is up to date
