SHIPMENT ISSUE?

Hello everyone,

 

Today the shipment details arrived to my email and I noticed that some letters are changed to question marks. That is due to my native language that has special letters and I am afraid that the package might not be delivered to me. So I want some information.. should I cancel the order or it's just like that in the email?

 

Ex. My name is Robertas Šišniauskas, but in the email it says Robertas ?i?niauskas.. the same applies to my street adress.

 

P.S If this is not the right place to ask a question like this I do sincerely apologise, I am just a little bit worried.

I also just did the trade up option and my shipping label won't open, saw something on the FAQ about an issue with Microsoft Outlook , but I tried my email account in Squrell mail, iPhone, forward to a gmail and it's still blank.

There are some issues we're aware of regarding the shipping labels. We're working through those issues now and hope to have them out in the next couple of business days. Sorry about the delays.

I order my go pro on May 19th but when I returned to check my status its only said "CONTACT SUPPORT" but the it's always said that all the agents are ocuppied and the contact by Chat is the same thing
