SERIAL NUMBER SAYING INVALID

Hello, I am trying to connect my hero 7 black but when entering the serial number it continues to say it is invalid. I did purchase this used and that probably is what the issue is, but i would like to be able to add the device to my account. Thank you

Are you trying to update the camera?

Please make sure you are on the correct update page.

See https://gopro.com/en/us/update/hero7-black

 

If it's still the same, check out How to Find Your GoPro Serial Number and double-check on the information being entered.
