SCHERMO NERO: GOPRO NON FUNZIONANTE

Richiesta di assistenza per malfunzionamento della GoPro (Hero 2018):

- lo schermo rimane nero e inutilizzabile pur essendo accesa. Spegnendola e riaccendendola il risultato non cambia, solo rimuovendo la batteria e reinserendola lo schermo si riaccende e l'obiettivo funziona, ma dopo qualche minuto diventa nuovamente tutto nero.

- surriscaldamento della GoPro dopo pochi minuti dall'accensione

é da oltre 10 giorni che cerco di contattare l'assistenza ma con esito negativo. La garanzia del prodotto scade il 27/08/2020, per cui avrei bisogno del vostro aiuto per avviare la pratica di assistenza.

When you start seeing a Black screen it lead to the Sensor. the sensor  changed out will work again.

What SD card are you using?

If you haven't yer, please try reflashing the software.

HI, 

 

I'm using a SanDisk Extreme 32gb microSDHC card, bought on the GoPro store with the camera.

I've already updated my gopro to the latest version of the software, but the problem is still present.

 

the link from the support team is not working. I am in a queue all the day and no one is answering!!!

Can you help me to contact the customer care before my warranty expires?

Changing the region to US-English should help you get through to Support.
