Returning a Product with Different Courier

I've returned a product (HERO6) using a different courier (DHL) and payed for the package. The question is, will GoPro recieve the said item once delivered?

 

The issue that is why I've sent it with a different courier other than UPS is that at first we are not able to get a Prepaid Return Label thus I am not aware that it can/will be sent via UPS.

As long as you have indicated the RMA details on your package, GoPro will be able to receive it. It would still be best to get in touch with Support to let them know that you have used a different courier. Providing them the tracking number will be greatly helpful. You can use the same case number you were provided before when you contact Support here https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs

My HERO6 got replaced even when sending on another courier. Best advise is to send it through UPS using the provided Prepaid Return Label so you won't need to pay anything. Just contact GoPro Support and they will provide all needed for RMA.
