Return

I need a Return Merchandise Authorization number in order to return an order. I have tried (over multiple days) to contact customer support  through chat and phone without success.

Hello @fastflare3280. Sorry, we aren't able to provide RMA through Support Hub. You'll need to get in touch with our Support Team so they can assist you with the process. 

 

Our team is also currently working through a volume of contacts so our response time may be slightly longer than usual. If you've already submitted a callback request, rest assured, they'll contact you as soon as possible.

If having trouble connecting to our Chat Support team. You may try changing the location and language to "US, English" on the webpage (upper-right portion of the page).

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
