Retard de livraison.

Bonsoir, j'ai commandé le 6 de ce mois si une gopro max et des accessoires qui vont avec, la caméra et les accessoires ne m'ont toujours pas été livré malgré plusieurs appels. Les interlocuteurs que j'arrive à avoir aux téléphone m'ont donné jusqu'à maintenant deux fausses dates de livraison et Noël arrivant je commence à m'inquiéter. Est-ce que quelqu'un, particulier, professionnel, salarié ou autre peut me venir en aide et m'expliquer correctement et précisément sans me prendre à la légère ce qu'il se passe?
