Reso effettuato

Ho effettuato un reso causa anomalo funzionamento della Fotocamera circa 4 settimane fa, dopo aver contattato il vostro servizio assistenza clienti e concluso la procedura come indicatomi, spedendo la GoPro.
Non ho più avuto alcuna notizia e non ho ricevuto ancora nessun rimborso. Si potrebbe risolvere questo imprevisto?
