[Replacement] No shipping label, have RMA

I've contacted Gopro about a plus replacement for my Gopro hero 5 black, they have given me an RMA number. 

I was told to print the email take the parcel with me to local UPS drop off and they'll handle the rest. I asked whether I needed a shipping label 4 times and they told me I didn't need one.

 

UPS didn't take the parcel because I didnt have a label from Gopro, I was told I needed gopro to give me a UPS shipping label. Now I have tried to contact gopro through chat or call and have gotten 0 forms of contact. 

 

It is frustrating as I asked to confirm whether I needed a label, and was told I didnt need one. 

 

I am located in NSW Australia.
