Removing battery gopro7 hero [ New ]

Unit is frozen in the on position and won’t respond at all

thought if I remove the battery it might reset. How do I do that?

Press and hold the Mode (side) button for about 10-12 seconds and then release. The camera should reboot. If not, try taking the SD card out first.

The HERO7 Silver does not have a removable battery.

GoPro reset should been noted in teh manual, on thegopro.com/productpage and selecting  Hero7 silver.

Just hold the Mode on  until  it resets can take 10 secs-40 secs.   Gopro  will tel lyou most issues are of  firmware i and need reinstalling, that will correct most issues.  good luck.

which Hero 7 is it you've got, the White & Silver editions are sealed so won't be able to get the battery out
