Ref order mp-04284522

I ordered my new Hero 8 black MP-04284522 on the 5th august with NEXT DAY DELIVERY paid. Its now the 11th and no sign. I need the items by the 15th for my wedding otherwise its a totally wasted purchase

 

please contact me asap in order to inform me of the expected delivery date.

I ordered MP-04285742 on Aug 6, no sign of shipping anywhere. I bought it for my holiday and I don't think I can use it. Support is unreachable. This is my first purchase from GoPro, not happy.

Hello @bigmac33. The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order (cut-off 9:30AM PST/12PM CET) on business days (M-F, non-holidays).

Ref the reply to my previous post, I paid for and selected NEXT DAY DELIVERY at 8:00am GMT 5th August 2020 . . .surely that equates to a delivery on the 6th august or perhaps at the worst the 7th . . .its now the 11th with no sign , and no ability to contact cutomer support as the system constantly crashes when trying to post an e-mail, the select a chat doesnt select and the phone line comes back as . . .sorry not in operation.

When and I use that word advisedly the items arrive I'll be sending them right back to you for a  full refund as I have sourced the camera at another supplier

When contacting our Support Team through https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs, if you haven't yet, try again after clearing cache and cookies or using a different browser. You may also explore using an incognito browser to see if it makes a difference. Also, please try to manually enter the details on the form; do not copy-paste the info.

 

Once on the page, fill out the form and you will be given an option to initiate a chat conversation or to request a callback. Be sure to put in your best contact number on the form.
