Can the 8 record while having a battery inside and hooked up to a external power source. The 7 black has a horrible time doing it which basically made me not use it. I want the 8 a
It is not recommended ast you may experience overheating issues and your camera may shut down. Any time I'm doing an extended recording session, I always remove the interenal battery first as this prevents issues.
