Reconicimiento de memoria y pantalla en negro

Tengo una HERO 5 black recién comprada , no le reconoce ninguna tarjeta de memoria y la pantalla queda en negro
Cómo puedo solucionarlo ?

Hello @braverange03623. Is the SD card placed on the correct slot? If not placed in its proper slot, the SD card inserted could cause damage to the screen. If you haven't yet, try manually updating the camera following the steps below: 

  1. Go to the HERO5 Black update page.
  2. Under "Other ways to update" at the base of the page, click "Update your camera manually."
  3. Enter your Serial Number and other requested information, click Next Step.
  4. Click "Download Update."
  5. Click "Click here to download firmware."
  6. Follow the steps on the screen for detailed instructions for your operating system.

Make sure that the camera battery is charged to at least 50% and that the SD card is formatted prior to the process. If after these steps, the camera still shows a black screen, our Support team here https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs will be able to assist you further.
