Receipt

Hey!
If I bought a new hero 7 black without or with a false receipt, would I still be able to send my camera to you if it struggles or if something happens? Can you make a receipt afterwards?

This is how a return works and what you need to do:

 

Have all your  paperwork handy and prepaired   take a photo of your Original Reciept if on paper, On line, gift  reciept.   

 

Call do not chat CALL, gopro will ask you a series of questions they will  then on line   send you the URL link and then  make a decision, with an RMA within minutes or tell you they will contact you again in a few days.  If they say they have to contact you in a few days.

 

You DOn;t Send in any  reciepts,  you then pack up the camera for  replacement.  you  can remove EVEYRTHING and tgey will replace the whole camera Only, so it is  your full responsability to take out hte SDXC card, good luck

I've always used chat and didn't have any issues. Also, with chat you can upload the picture or file of your receipt.

Just a note on receipts. It has to be a receipt from the camera's original purchase. In other words, someone can't buy the camera and then sell it to you and give you a receipt. Only the initial receipt is valid. Second hand receipts are not.
