Really microsoft? Do you start to charge for HEVC codecs latelly?

till Friday, when a major update happens, I was able to play any file....
I"m able also now, but only with DivX player.

[ New ]This is an unfortunate decision by Microsoft, however if you still want to view these files, you can try using HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer instead. This will allow you to view the HEVC and HEIF files and it's free of charge.

...problem is I have to access the same Microsoft Store, which is blocked for me (it is a bussiness laptop, IT invents a lot of barriers where it is not the case)...oh
anyway, I see the movies on my iPhone.
