Have not heard a single word from customer support in the matter. However today, 13 days after order the shipment arrived. UPS express delivery is world class :-(...
Guess where I will shop next time...? For sure not at GoPro homepage. The GoPro plus service is cancelled as well as proven to be worth nothing in terms of customer service.
I expexted more from this company. But no-one is neither :-).
