Hola necesito saber dónde contactarme para realizar una devolución de mi Go pro Hero 5 black , ya que la cámara enciende pero no muestra la imagen en la pantalla lcd , la cámara saca foto , filma pero la pantalla no muestra la imagen y no permite utilizar el touch .
Agradezco se comuniquen conmigo para solucionar el problema

Sorry for any troubles caused. See if these steps will correct the issue:

 

1. Check to ensure that the SD card is not inserted between the SD card slot and the battery as this can put pressure on the back of the touch display.
2. Perform a manual update. https://gopro.com/update/
3. After the update, perform a Factory Reset. Tap Preferences > Factory Reset, and then tap Next.
