I've already raised the following issue two weeks ago, but you haven't explained and answered anything about the exchange yet.
Did you forget my case? Or did you delete it from your memory or customer support list?
I sent an email about my issue to the technical support team in the morning.

I ask GoPro Inc. again. Does the US headquarters know about poor service for customers?
Is there a proper monitoring of customer inconvenience?
I just hope you don't take it lightly.
It's been about 50 days since I purchased it on the official website on November 22, but I still have defective products and I can't use them. I I raised the issue of device defects and are now waiting for a third exchange.
