Rain/Wind sound [ New ]

Hi !!!

Recently i get the hero 8 black, and already have problems with the audio, it sound like is raining/ windy in all modes, in the waterproof cas or out of it, and wont register my voice, is this a common defect on it?, if so, what is the next step to have it replaced please?

Try this. 

Reset your camera to factory settings. 

After that record a video again and check if that will fix the problem. 

If issue persist try this:

Check SD card brand and model: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations

Update camera manually: https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras

Make sure to update camera manually. 

Let us know if that will fix the problem.
