RMA process

I returned hero 6 and shipped shows that it was delivered to gopro warehouse a week ago and customer service does nothing more than say "sorry but we will be in touch as soon as it is received" .... seriously getting frustrated.

I followed up with them twice this week and got the same answer.... sorry for your trouble but nothing we can do for you at this time.

I didnt expect you would have access to it here just venting and though maybe someone else had experience with their RMA process and could tell me if this was normal.
