I followed the stpes for manual update as per this link

but nothing has happened, still the red light is on and no audio ?!?!

I tried to update it manualy , by downloading the update and put it on SD card and inserting it back to camera, but problem stil exists.

Im leaving in dubai, and cant call customer support over there, and chat is currently not available .

Please try to change your region to US. 

You can change it on the upper right hand corner.
