Of course, I’m hoping to contact GoPro technical support tomorrow. My devices meet the requirements in the article above so it’s strange. I too like yourself am wondering if the Quik Key I have is faulty which I purchased direct from GoPro website a few months ago but only just tried using it while I’m on holiday. I’ll keep you updated if I get any news.
