Quik for iMac does not import or recognize my camera
[ New ]I cannot take videos off of my Hero8 onto my iMac. Installed and then reinstalled Quik several times. I’ve shutdown, restarted held down the shift, control and option keys several times does not work. Very frustrating. I’ve had the camera a month and I love it but in that time I’ve only been able to get my iMac to recogninze it once!!! That’s not acceptable for something that has the quality and reputation this camera has as an action camera. What good is it if you can‘t download your files? PLEASE HELP! Is there some firm where update or something I need? Am I not correctly installing the Quik app on my iMac? – macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6
