Problems with my GoPro Hero 5

Hi,

 

I bought my GoPro Hero 5 in September in Dubai, and the Camera its still brand new, but i have samo serious problems with it, start taking pictures from himself, it’s freezing and can do nothing, even if the modus is on Picture when i start the Camera it start to recording every singl time, I’m from Germany, Frankfurt am Main, so I want to complain about the Camera and I am not satisfy with her and I am disappointed, because its still new!!!

Freezing issues are often related to either the firmware the camera is running or to the SD card being used in the camera. To check the firmware, do a manual update on the camera. Instructions are at https://gopro.com/update/hero5.

 

For the SD card, be sure to use a card that is compatible with your camera. A list of compatible cards can be found at https://gopro.com/help/articles/Block/microSD-Card-Considerations.
