I bought my GoPro Hero 6 approx 2 months ago. First week it worked fine. Then suddenly I wasn't able to charge it to more than 30-50%. Everythime I charge it freezes so I have to remove the battery or press power button for 10s to restart. I have to do this everytime!!
I went back to the shop explaining the issue and got a new battery but still the same problem. Also when removing the SD-card I have this problem. (Sundisk extreme 64 that I purchased with the camera)
I have several times done manually update on the camera. I have also several times formated the SD-card both totally format and then via the camera. I have searched the forum for more ideas and tips but seems like I 'm in a dead end.
Please what to do?

Sorry to hear that you have not been able to use your camera fully due to the freezing issue. Typically, freezing is an indicator of a need to update the camera firmware, and/or compatibility issue with the SD card being used. Considering that you have already manually updated your camera, then we rule out firmware issue.
Is your Sandisk Extreme card among the recommended ones here? Also, how are you charging the camera? Is it through a computer? power bank? wall outlet? I hope to hear back from you.

Thanks for your quik response!
I have tried to charge with PC-laptop, Mac Book Pro, wall outlet with the same chargers as used for iPad/Iphone so pretty sure that isn't the problem. Also first week I was able to charge it to 100%.
I have assumed the SD-card is compatible since I bought it together with the camera. I am not sure if it's on the list or not but please see attached picture. Not sure were to find those long SDSQL...numbers on the card itself.

Thank you for posting the picture. If you look into the table for recommended SD cards here , your card would be the 11th item under HERO6 Black. It is the one labeled
SanDisk Extreme/Extreme Plus/Extreme Pro UHS Video Speed Class 30 (V30) - ≥32GB . By this we confirm that your SD card is a recommended one, and if doing the manual update does not resolve the issue, let our team here https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs assist with the next steps. You can connect with them via phone or chat.
