Probleme mit der 8black
[ New ]Hallo. Ich habe direkt über GoPro die 8Hero Black als Bundle gekauft. Die Kamera macht von Anfang an Probleme: Bild hängt sich auf, Ton wird weiter aufgenommen*keine GPS-Daten trotz eingeschaltetem GPS*die Kamera wird extrem heiß*der Bildschirm teilt sich, sodass zB die Batterie und die Speicherkarten zur Hälfte jeweil oben und unten zu sehen sind. Ich habe die Kamera schon zwei mal auf Werkseinstellungen gesetzt, keine Besserung. Meine Frage ist: wie komme ich an eine neue, wo schicke ich meine ein, auf der Seite von GoPro finde ich nichts. MediaMark will sich nichts von annehmen, weil die Kamera nicht dort gekauft wurde.

[ New ]Hello @joelion. Sorry to hear about the issues with your GoPro. Make sure that a recommended SD card is used for your camera. Using SD cards that aren't recommended can cause issues like freezing as the card isn't fast enough to write the content, the camera getting hot or battery consumption is higher than normal as the camera stays in an active mode trying to sync to the card.
Reinstalling the firmware update of the camera can also help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229
