Gracias.

Re: Problemas de rendimiento

@sweetoasis84361, when using 2.7K and higher resolutions, and/or frame rates above 60fps, it is normal for the camera to become warm and use more power when using these modes. Lack of airflow around the camera and using the camera with the GoPro App can also increase camera temperature and power consumption, and decreases camera recording time. If the camera gets too hot, a message appears on the screen indicating that the camera is shutting down. If this happens, let your camera sit and cool before attempting to use it again.

As for cold conditions, while we do not have a formal low temperature rating for any of our cameras or accessories/mounts, we have a few tips on ways to get the best performance out of your camera in this article.

You may also reinstall the firmware update of the camera as it can help correct any errors with the current software installation. Follow the manual update instructions specified on this article: Software Update Instructions for HERO7 Cameras

Re: Problemas de rendimiento

If the camera freezes, you should power cycle the camera by pressing and holding the side Mode/Power button for about 10-12 seconds and then release.

As far as the cause of the freeze, this is usually due to an issue with the SD card. Please be sure to use a card from this list https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/microSD-Card-Considerations

If your card is on this list, try a different card if possible. I have five SanDisk Extreme v30 cards. One of them causes freezing, while the outher four work fine.

If you can't test with a second card, be sure to do a FULL format of your card in your computer, followed by a format of the card in the camera.

Also, you should do a Manual update of the camera.

The camera will perform best in the 16 C - 32 C range. In lower temperatures, choose less demanding resolutions/frame rates and turn off any features you do not require. In colder temperatures, keep the battery and camera warm by keeping them close to your body. For longer recording in exposed cold temperatures, keeping the camera on and using the Super Suit can help to keep the internal components warm.

the camera has a heat sensor it will determine if it is  to cold and   stop working.  it also has a heat temp sensor  the same,  if hte card causes an issue, the camera freezes.   just saying...
