Problemas de conexión con Smartphone - Hero 5 Black

Buenas tardes ! Cómo están?

 

La verdad que ya me he cansado del mal funcionamiento de la conexión que tiene la Go Pro Hero 5 Black cuando intento conectar con la aplicación de Android en cualquier celular (he probado LG, Huawei, Moto y en todos pasa igual).

 

A ustedes también les pasa este problema? Intento conectar un nuevo dispositivo o uno ya emparajedo y pierdo mucho tiempo tratando de lograrlo ya que siempre algo falla.

 

Me siento decepcionado con este producto en relación a la conexión, espere que en algún update esto se solucione pero no pasa nada y nadie da una respuesta.

Sorry to know that you're having problem pairing your camera to your smartphone. 

 

I just want to ask if you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. 

Also have you tried reinstalling your camera's firmware?

You may download your camera's firmware here; www.gopro.com/update 

You just need an SD card adapter and a computer. 

Here's the complete step: https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/Software-Update-Instructions-for-HERO5-Cameras

Make sure to follow Manual Update Step. 

 

After that go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove your camera. 

 

Open the app and delete your HERO5 camera if it is still showing up as paired camera. 

 

Pair your camera and let us know if that will work.
