Problema tapa pila Hero 7 Black [ New ]

Hace poco compre la cámara y desde que la abrí se nota un poco safada la tapa donde va la pila y la memoria y da miedo meterla al agua y se meta por ese hueco, quiero saber si es normal esto con la cámara, la pienso regresar. De su apoyo gracias

There is an issue on the battery door and it's not safe to use it in water.
